How to activate and turn on the flashlight for the first time?

ArkPro Ultra features a lockout mode.Please charge to activate before first use. Or please press and hold the center button (about 1 second) until the flashlight turns on with the moonlight or UV light to unlock.

What is the charging time and expected battery lifespan of the ArkPro Ultra?

The ArkPro Ultra takes around 1.5 hours to fully charge via USB-C and 3 hours to charge via a magnetic charging cable (MCC). The battery retains over 80% capacity after 500 charge cycles.

How to check the charging status of the flashlight?

When charging via USB-C, the flashlight indicator light will illuminate; when charging via MCC, the flashlight indicator light will not illuminate, but the charging cable connector will light up.

If the USB-C charging port cover breaks, will it affect the waterproof performance?

The cover is not waterproof but mainly dustproof, and it does not affect the waterproof performance. The Type-C charging port itself is rated IPX7 waterproof.
