2. Why do the bulbs stick out after installation?

– We ship the shade upside-down on purpose to fit in a more suitable box to avoid damage. Just unscrew the shade and flip it over when installing. Pls check the installation video or the user manual we provided for more details.

3. How does the Light Direction work?

– Open-ended fabric shade deflects light through the top and bottom.

4. Is it dimmable?

– It’s not dimmable itself. But you can install both a dimmer switch and a dimmer bulb, then achieve dimming. Or use the smart bulb(phone or remote to control). Bulb, phone, or remote control is not included.

5. Does the bulb included or not in the package box?

– Bulb is excluded for the wall sconce.
